You may wish to change your Password for a variety of reasons. Within the “Change Password” page, you will find text boxes for “Current Password”, “New Password” and “Conform New Password”. Items with a red asterisk are mandatory and must be completed.

Current Password” is your existing Password – The password you most recently used to Login to foodindustrycompliance.com.

New Password” and “Confirm New Password” – This is the new password you would like to input top Login to foodindustrycompliance.com.

Limited Access Users can not edit or change any content of the relevant Registered User’s approvedsuppliernetwork.com Profile.

To add a new Limited Access User, click on the “Add New” link. Complete the required text boxes. You may choose to “Send the login details to the user” by clicking on the check box provided, which will send a system email to their nominated email address – Alternately, you may wish to manually send the Username and Password to the Limited Access User. The “My Profile / My Customers” page is the page used to list of all "confirmed" customers of a particular Registered User. ***Note - Only Customers that have given you access to their profile will be listed within this section. 

Where a Customer has opted to display their social networking links, these are displayed within their profile summary.

This page format also allows users to:

- Sort Customers By a range of options;

- Download Customer Listings.

This area of the site includes a summary of a specific customer from your "My Customers" listing. 

The DELETE link can be used to remove this customer from your profile. If you delete a Customer profile, they will no longer be able to access your Approved Supplier Documents. 

The "My Customers / View" format includes links for:

- Business Details. The Business Details summary includes general information about your customer. 

- Address Details. The Business Address is the physical address of the business. The Business Address details include the time zone in which the business is located, so that your suppliers and customers can always see what time it is where the business is located. The Postal Address is the address to which posted correspondence will be sent. 

- Contact Details. The Approved Supplier Contact is the person who will be contacted by existing or potential suppliers of materials and/or services. A time zone is nominated for the Approved Supplier Contact to ensure suppliers and customers initiate contact at appropriate times. The Sales Contact is the person who will be contacted by existing or potential customers of the materials and/or services provided by the business. A time zone can be nominated for the Sales Contact to ensure suppliers and customers initiate contact at appropriate times. 

- Supplier Questionnaire. approvedsuppliernetwork.com provides a function for a unique digital Supplier Questionnaire that can be made available to Approved Suppliers for completion at pre-determined intervals. Where your business has been requested by a Customer to complete a Supplier Questionnaire, you will receive a notification and will be able to complete the questionnaire through your this page. Once completed, a copy of the Supplier Questionnaire you completed will be available for download on this page.

Once completed, a copy of the Supplier Questionnaire you completed will be available for download on this page.

The “My Profile / My Suppliers” page is the page used to list of all "confirmed" suppliers of a particular Registered User. ***Note - Only suppliers that have confirmed access to their profile will be listed within this section.

- Green - Approved Supplier. Green indicates that the supplier has current relevant certifications to supply materials and/or services into your business. Notifications are sent to Users whenever changes to the status or content of a relevant Approved Supplier Document occur.

- Orange - Supplier Caution. Orange indicates that the supplier has current relevant certifications to supply materials and/or services into your business. At least one of the current relevant certifications is due to expire within one calendar month. Notifications are sent to Users whenever changes to the status or content of a relevant Approved Supplier Document occur.

- Red - Non Approved Supplier. Red indicates that the supplier has expired certifications relevant to the confirmed Users’ business. Notifications are sent to Users whenever changes to the status or content of a relevant Approved Supplier Document occur.

Where a Supplier has opted to display their social networking links, these are displayed within their profile summary.

This page format also allows users to:

- Sort Suppliers By a range of options;

- Download Supplier Listings and Approved Supplier Documents.

You can initiate this option by inputting your Terms and Conditions (up to 1000 words) and up to 25 Questions (up to 100 words each). You can then go into your Supplier profiles and nominate requirements for completion as applicable to each of your Approved Suppliers.

The Supplier Questionnaire will then be completed by the nominated Supplier (you will be notified upon completion), and will be available to you through your profile access on approvedsuppliernetwork.com.

This area of the site includes a summary of a specific supplier from your "My Suppliers" listing. 

The "Supplier Status" function allows users to nominate the current status of suppliers as Active, Non-active or Emergency.

The DELETE link can be used to remove this supplier from your profile. You may also choose to change the Supplier Status to "Non-active" rather than totally deleting a supplier from your profile. 

The "My Suppliers / View" format includes links for:

- Business Details. The Business Details summary includes general information about your supplier. 

- Address Details. The Business Address is the physical address of your business. The Business Address details include the time zone in which your business is located, so that your suppliers and Users can always see what time it is where your business is located. The Postal Address is the address to which posted correspondence will be sent. 

- Contact Details. The Approved Supplier Contact is the person who will be contacted by existing or potential suppliers of materials and/or services into the business. You will receive automatic Notifications when your Approved Supplier Documents are within one calendar month from the nominated expiry date. Please ensure all uploaded documents are formatted as follows: PDF, Word Documents or Image Files (We recommend document security provisions for all uploaded documents).

- Supplier News. approvedsuppliernetwork.com includes a function to easily communicate relevant News to your Suppliers and Customers. Where a supplier or customer has chosen to display their News and Information, this page will include relevant News feeds.

- Completed Supplier Questionnaire. approvedsuppliernetwork.com provides a function for a unique digital Supplier Questionnaire that can be made available to your Approved Suppliers for completion at pre-determined intervals. Where you have requested for a Supplier Questionnaire to be completed by a particular Supplier, the outcomes will be available for preview and download on this page.***Note - You will need to request (for each supplier) that the Supplier Questionnaire is completed within each supplier's "Supplier Questionnaire Status" page (My Profile / My Suppliers / View / Supplier Questionnaire Status).

You will receive automatic Notifications when relevant Approved Supplier Documents are within one calendar month from the nominated expiry date.

To ensure you are able to control the status of your suppliers, you must ensure that any documents (uploaded by suppliers) that are important to your business are confirmed. This is done by "checking" the box for "This document is Important to my business".

Approved Supplier Documents are linked to the coloured status of their supplier profile summary:

- Green - Approved Supplier. Green indicates that the supplier has current relevant certifications to supply materials and/or services into your business. Notifications are sent to Users whenever changes to the status or content of a relevant Approved Supplier Document occur.

My Profile / Profile Settings / User Details

The User Details section is basically a mirror of the information submitted during the Sign Up process (Items with a red asterisk are mandatory and must be completed)

Use the links for “1 General Details”, “2 Business Details”, “3 Addresses”, "4 Contacts", "5 Change Password" and "6 LAU" to view and edit your User Details. You can update these details at any time within the same format. To edit your details, simply change the content within the forms provided and click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page.

You can delete your foodindustrycompliance.com profile by following the steps provided. We recommend that you consider the decision to delete your foodindustrycompliance.com profile carefully, as all of your Approved Supplier Documents will also be deleted and your Customers will not be able to access them.

LAU (Limited Access Users)

Limited Access Users (or “LAU”) can be applied where a Registered User would like to allow “read only” access to a approvedsuppliernetwork.com profile. This is commonly applied where more than one person requires access to the same approvedsuppliernetwork.com profile for the Management of Supplier Activities. Limited Access Users can not edit or change any content of the relevant Registered User’s approvedsuppliernetwork.com Profile. It is possible for a Limited Access User to also be a Registered User. LAU Profiles are managed through the Registered User's profile.

Sign Up

Follow the prompts to complete the approvedsuppliernetwork.com Sign Up process. Items with a red asterisk are mandatory and must be completed.

After the Sign Up process has been successfully completed, an email will be sent to the Registered User’s email address confirming the Username and Password. We recommend you keep these details in a safe place.

Click on the approvedsuppliernetwork.com Login link and input your Username and Password to enter the Registered User’s area of approvedsuppliernetwork.com.

There are 2 defined levels of Users of approvedsuppliernetwork.com:

Registered Users create and maintain their approvedsuppliernetwork.com profile. A Registered User may be an individual or a representative of a Food Business or Association. It is possible for a Registered User to also be a Limited Access User.

Supplier Search

Use the Supplier Search mechanism to locate potential and/or existing Suppliers. If you locate the Supplier you are searching for, you can View their profile and Request access to their Approved Supplier Documentation. They will reply with their confirmation, and you will have access to their Approved Supplier Documents – They will be added to your Approved Supplier Listing.

The approvedsuppliernetwork.com Search Function prioritises Search Results for Premium Users.

If you can not locate the potential and/or existing Supplier you are searching for, you can use the Invite Suppliers link to request that they become a User of approvedsupplierntwork.com. Once they have completed the Sign Up process, and you will be able to Request access to their Approved Supplier Documents through the Supplier Search mechanism.
